I was trying to customize the Volume and Menu button. However there is no default variable inside Storyline. There is only one default variable to control CC. May be we've to find some javaScript code to achieve this, which is not easy for all the developers.
Hope you guys will look into this and Introduce default variable for Volume control and Menu also.
It'll be really helpful for the developers to customize these buttons without using any javaScript.

Yes! you got my point. I've seen this feature in other e-learning tools. However, It's missing inside Articulate Storyline.
I'll also request this feature to your product team. Hope they will add this in future update.
