Invalid Answer -> mark incorrect

HI, 

I have planned a testscenario, where users need to drag & drop items to a specific field. 

If user click outside these items without dragging, the incorrect layer should be shown. 

As far as good, it doesn't seem to be a problem.

But in the SCORM Cloud, the test is never marked as complete, when user clicks outside of my drag&drop item (although the pass percent seem to be correct).

Could you please help me to accomplish this task?
