Hi, we start to have some problems with the display of pop up windows in some of our courses published with Storyline 3 and uploaded in our Succes Factor LMS (Scorm 2004, 4th edition). Some users don't see the buttons to resume the courses or other advertising messages from Storyline 3 and they keep blocked on the page. The boutons are invisible! (see picture). Not even restarting Chrome or the PC fix this problem for users.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?
Is this a conflict with Chrome or with Succes Factor?... how to fix it?
