As long as you have the output somewhere inside the public folder of your dropbox, just select your story.html file and then click Copy public link. This will be the link you need to paste in any iPad browser (Safari or Chrome etc). This will then automatically fire up the Articulate iPad App and the story will be added to the AMP Library.
