iPad - audio has disappeared

After much UX testing, we have discovered that audio playback issues occur when viewing a SCORM on a iPad.

As long as the person stays within the SCORM project it is fine, no issues. The issue comes when they visit youtube or another site with media while they are going through the SCORM. When they return the audio, it has disappeared. We believe it has nothing to do with the media compression.

Have any one  seen this before?? and can you recommend any solutions?

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for sharing this here and reaching out. I also see that you were working with Cleo in a support case and it seems that he was able to replicate the issue and reported it to our QA Team. At this time, it doesn't seem that there was a workaround he found, but we'll keep you posted once there is any other information to share, although I cannot offer a time frame in regards to that.
