When I am viewing the course published in storyline360 on iPhone devices and put the device idle for approx 5 min, the audio stops working for the whole course until I relaunch the course. Also, his issue doesn't appear if I put the auto-lock the device to never.
May I ask what iOS version and device you are using? I can do some additional testing to see if we can repeat this behavior.
Also, is the iPhone in silent mode? The reason I ask is that I have seen issues with audio not automatically playing when in silent mode. Switching the volume to normal has been a solution.
