What are the browser settings and player size of the project? You may want to use Display at user's current browser size and Scale player to fill browser window so that the course will scale down to the appropriate size. I also wanted to point you to these recommendations for publishing a course for mobile devices.
If you are still having issues viewing the content on an iPhone, you can feel free to attach your .story project file here, and I can test it out on my end. Just use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.
