If i Insert the high Quality in storyline and publish means file size is larger. when the file upload in LMS and at that time of previewing that makes buffering happens how can be solve.
With that being said, would you mind sharing a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check if we see any significant buffering on our end?
Additionally, I'd recommend testing the behavior in another LMS just to see if we can isolate if the behavior is specific to your LMS. For this, we recommend testing in SCORM Cloud. Here's how:

Storyline content is preloaded so even if you use high resolution media files, the course should still load normally.
