You can change all the default Text Labels to Swedish in the Player. This should be done to ensure that player-level buttons and any error messages also appear in the proper language.
This image shows where to do this in the Player:
You can also edit the labels as desired. For example, the built-in Swedish for "Correct" isn't "Korrekt" (as shown in the image below). But you can change it to that. Whatever is in the Player's Text Labels will appear automatically the next time you insert a new quiz slide.
BTW, you can also adjust the basic Correct/Incorrect in the Feedback Master.
