Currently, there is no functionality built into Storyline which allows the linking of two projects.
A potential work-around, depending on where you are hosting the course, is to use a web link at the end of the first story that links to the beginning of the second story.
You could also potentially do this with some types of triggering events.
If you have a better idea for how this could work, you can always submit an idea here.
Check in see if your LMS will allow you to set up a curriculum with prerequisites. That way you can control the order of viewing and the learner will automatically see what they should launch next.

I am creating an escape room that should flow from one "adventure" to another. My LMS does what you suggest, it just isn't what I'm looking for.
