Hi Debbie! There isn't anyway to link to a specific slide in another Storyline project. Depending on why you need to do that, maybe we could brainstorm some other ideas? You could also add that as a feature request here.
I have a support case open because Storyline can't seem to handle my course within one project so I have split it into two. I am now trying to think of ways to link to the other half of my course in a separate story file using the built-in menu. I would also need to link back from the 2nd to the 1st story if they wanted to review. Basically I want to use the built-in menu to link to different slides in each story, or what other alternatives are there? I would like it to be as seamless as possible for learners.

I have the same issue. My project really is 11 .storys. That are too large for one .story
