Thanks for reaching out! You can keep track of any issues with Articulate 360 by keeping an eye on our status page.

Since everything is looking good there, try these tips below and see if they helps:

  • Close the Articulate 360 desktop app (double-click on the red X and then head over to the system tray. Right-click on the Articulate logo and select Quit).
  • Please restart the machine and then try signing in again.
