Is there a global setting to change all the existing slides to 'Reset to initial state' when revisited?

Apr 07, 2018

The scenario:

A learner completed a screen recording scene in 'Test mode' and failed the test.

I want them to be able to go back and try again to pass the test.
However, the hot spots are not active when they try again. I assume that's because it is set to: 'when revisiting, Automatically decide'.
If that's the case, it will take me a long time to change the setting on all existing slides to become: 'Reset to initial state'.

My question:
Is there a global setting to change all the existing slides to 'Reset to initial state'?
If not, can I force storyline to always automatically decide to reset to initial State?

Thanks!
...Amos

Hi Amos

open the file in Story View - Select the first slide in the scene then Ctrl-A to select all slides then in the bottom right hand corner Slide Properties panel and make the change to all selected slides.
