I am looking for an off-the-shelf eLearning course about Exceptional Customer Service in the Financial Services Industry. Does anyone have a recommendation of a library I can take a look at.
I'm not sure of specific examples, but David shares a great resource here and as you can see there are many users in a similar industry that perhaps you could connect with or check out profiles.
