Issue Previewing or Publishing Course in Storyline Jan 16, 2020 By Athena Huss I have a course that keeps getting an error that says "We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close." I can preview and publish other courses I can preview scenes and slides within the affected course Any suggestions are appreciated!

One way to possibly locate it sort of quickly: Duplicate your troublesome course Confirm it still won't preview Delete the last slide, preview Keep repeating step #3 until you finally get a successful preview. That means the last slide you deleted was an issue. Reopen your original file and recreate the troubled slide, try to preview. If it works, you're good. If not, then more than one slide may be at issue, start again at step #1 to find the next troubled slide. Hopefully it won't be too many of them.
