Issue publishing a video

When I preview the project, it works beautifully. However, in the 5+ attempts to publish it, the video freezes on one frame and neglects to advance, while the audio continues.
- I have updated, shutdown, and restarted, then made new attempts
- I have saved it under a new file name
- I am working off of my desktop
I'm just trying to publish this as a video...and have done many of these previously. But this one is giving me LOADS of trouble. So help, please, and thank you!

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your files for us to take a look. I'm downloading and taking a look now.
Is your full course just a single slide with an mp4? Curious why you would add that to Storyline and then republish to mp4.
I want the completion setting :) AND I submitted a ticket earlier today. Apparently there is something funky with the video file, but opening up a brand new Storyline file and working on it did the trick. Thanks!
