Has anyone experienced sporadic completion tracking issues? I have an Articulate course on Moodle that is comprised of several modules and occasionally they do not check off as complete. The same module will work for another person and the same person who experienced the issue will have no issue with other modules. I have tried tracking flash, OS and browser details for those experiencing issues, but am still coming up with no answers.

I'm not sure that I've seen this reported recently, but hopefully users will chime in if they are able.
