Issue - Video should be on PAUSE and doesn't JUMP.

The user should see the video. After that the user must click on the button 1,2, 3 and return to the main page. So the user should click on CLOSE to close the window. Indeed when I press CLOSE and Igo back on the slide with the video . The video jumps although paused. Is there an easy way to remove this effect . For your information , I am obliged to use the player of the seekbar .
