Issue with Failure slide in quiz

Update:

Upon reading another discussion, I was able to fix my issue.

I was taking the Results slide from one quiz into the another. However, what I didn't do was chose the correct Results variable which caused the error.

I know, I know....should have searched the discussion forum first which I normally do.

I'm having issues setting the proper triggers for the Failure slide in a knowledge check quiz.

Here's what should happen:

1. Student must pass the quiz in order to move forward. If student receives 100% the Success slide appears. [This works fine.]

2. If student receives less than 100% the Failure layer should appear [which it is not].

I'm attaching the file for any consideration.
