I have created a fill in the blank activity with a word bank. It is to be uploaded and used in Rise360. If the correct answers are entered the first time, a correct response is given. Sometimes, when an incorrect response is entered, there is no feedback at all or an error comes up. Sometimes it works and shows incorrect response, but when the user inputs the correct response afterwards no feedback appears. Help?
The issue happens when the user enters at least one answer correctly. You initially set the trigger to change the state of the button "Wrong" to selected when all the variables are not True (if the user didn't get a single answer correct).
This should work if you change the trigger's conditions to be "OR" instead of "AND":
