Issue with HTML5 output and lightbox menu

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here can help out with an HTML 5 issue within storyline.
We are currently developing a course which includes a custom menu navigation contained inside a lightbox screen that is designed to jump to four specific sections throughout the course.
When published to Flash it works fine, but when outputted to HTML 5 and viewed on both PC and iPad the menu will not jump to the designated screens and often crash the entire course.
Attached is a demo of the menu linking to four pages. Any help with this issue will be a massive help!
Thanks
Will.

Welcome to the club. I did exactly the same thing you're doing and discovered that using Lightbox on iPad will not work...along with several other key things. If you come across a solution, please post it here so I can try it.
Hi Will and CK1,
If you'd like, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your individual projects. Please submit a case, including your .story file, using this link so we can get the ticket officially documented.
Thanks!
I already did submit my file (Case #00308794) and was told that this was an 'iPad bug' which doesn't make any sense.
Thanks for the case info. Looks like it's being worked on by Sid and Adrian. They'll be contacting you with more info directly through the case email. Thanks for working with them on this.
Hey all,
Hi, this issue seems to affect Storyline 2, does anyone know of any solutions?
Hi Phil,
I saw you posted over here as well in regards to another issue with the lightbox and HTML5, where I confirmed it has been reported to our QA that there are remnants left on the screen. Although I don't see the issue that Peter mentioned here being fixed in Update 3 of Storyline 1 still occurring in Storyline 2 Update 1. We'd be happy to take a look at what you've got set up in terms of your triggers and see if it's something that we need to report to our QA team.
HI, I'm having similar issues with lightboxes on iPad using HTML 5. Is there currently a fix? Is there an upgrade I need or is it still being worked on? Thanks!
Hi! The issue referenced above in the other thread shows as having a possible fix in Update 5 along with some other HTML5 issues.
Are you utilizing the latest update, which is now Update 9?
Thanks for your reply! How do I find out which update I have? Thanks!
Great question. If you are in a Storyline file:
Help > About Articulate Storyline > look in top right corner of pop up
Attaching short clip demonstrating.
Thanks! I'm using update 8. What's happening is, a question is asked and if they get it right a lightbox pops up with an additional activity. It's totally going bonkers and not working properly. I can post up an example, but you'd need to find a server to run it off of since you need to test it in iPad. I could also post up some screenshots if needed. Thanks!
Hi Curly,
We'd love to take a look at it, and we've got a few servers we could test on. You're welcome to upload here using the "add attachment" button and we'll take a look at it - or if you'd prefer to share privately you can send along to our Support Engineers here.
Thanks! I'd rather share privately. I'll send it along to the support engineers! Thanks!
Sure thing - and if you want to let us know the case number after you submit we'll be able to keep an eye on your case as well.

What is your case number so that I can pop in and take a look?
I never got one :(
Ah, well that would be why you didn't hear from anyone. It must not have come through the system. It really would be easier to assist if we could take a look at the .story file. You can submit privately as Ashley shared above and if you have any trouble with submission, please submit via e-mail to support@articulate.com and a case will auto-create for you.
