Issue with iPad May 04, 2022 By Georgina Bakas Has anyone experienced a recent issue with the iPad not allowing users to continue once entering text or trying to submit an answer. Attached is an example of where a user may get stuck, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Georgina iPad_issue.png

I have a few questions for you: Can you expand on what you mean by “not allowing users to continue”? Do they receive an error or nothing happens when clicking “Next”? Do you have a condition on the trigger that jumps to the next slide? Have you tried completing this course on a desktop? If so, are you having the same issue? If you are able to share your .story file with us through a support case, we'll be happy to investigate this further!

I just wanted to add a quick note: it looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove it by clicking ‘Edit’ below your response. Here’s a quick Peek 360 video if you need help.
