I'm having a bit of trouble with a published quiz on our LMS.
I have created a quiz in Articulate Storyline with a pass mark of 85%. For some reason, if a user completes the quiz with a pass grade but NOT at 100%, the completion is not registered on the LMS.
I have had a couple of users complete with 90% and this has not pulled through on the LMS but when the course is completed with a 100% pass mark - it is!
Any advice is greatly appreciated as I've checked every setting in both Storyline and Totara and can't see where the issue is.
Also, how do you switch off review mode for second attempts?

can you try uploading the course and testing in Scormcloud - this will help identify if the issue is with the storyline file or the LMS.
