Doesnt matter what setting I choose (and Ive restarted Laptop) - if I record a screen and press Esc, it says saving 100% then this:
"a problem caused the program to stop working - please close the program"
then I have to shut Articulate. Im on a company laptop so have to ring the tech support to uninstall/reinstall so would appreciate any tips before I go to that step.
