Issue with templates

Hi,
I am having an issue with using SL. We have a client specific template, but it is changing from day to day and from my computer to my co-worker's computer. The fonts and font sizes are off, the layout (spacing) is different, and overall the training seems off. We are both working off of PCs, Windows 7 and both have the most updated SL version.
Please, let me know if you can help.

Here are a couple of things to check.
On your text boxes, set them to "Do not AutoFit." AutoFit is the default, so you have to set this on each text box.
Work with your zoom at 100%. Text sizes can jump around when the zoom is not 100%.
In addition to Meryem's right on suggestions, check that you're both working at 96DPI. Support page here

Another thought, since you're sharing the template between computers, is you'll want to be sure you're following proper template-sharing practices very carefully.
