I constantly have issues with my SL software sims crashing and freezing.
The problem isn't my computer and I'm not working off a network. Sometimes this happens as soon as I open the file (makes me think the files are corrupting).
Has anyone else experienced the same issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

Yikes! Sorry Storyline keeps crashing on you, Stephanie. Has this problem happened in more than one file, or just one of your files?

Yes, I have completed the troubleshooting steps.
The workaround was to open the SL application and then open the file form within SL (rather than double clicking on the SL file to open)
