Issues Importing Quizmaker file

I am trying to import a Quizmaker file into Storyline so I won't have to manually input 50 questions and answers. When I first tried, I received the attached error message. So, I moved to my other machine that still has Quizmaker installed. I updated all the questions and answers and attempted to save and got an error message that the file could not be saved. I had also noticed that none of the graphics were displaying on the slides as well. So, I thought that I had a corrupted file.
I asked my SME to send her version to me to try. She'd updated the file and saved with no problem. I just tried to import that file and got the same error message.
Can anyone help? I really don't want to have to manually load all those questions.

Hello Gayla,
I want to confirm that you are using the latest release of Storyline 2 found here. Also want to confirm that you are working locally with the files, both Storyline and Quizmaker. You may want to follow the steps here if the issue continues.
