Issues Publishing Storyline Project to Word

So, I am trying to publish my SL project to word (so we can have a printout of the course), but when it publishes, it only prints through the 1st page of the 2nd scene. I followed the process outlined in this post, but still having no luck. I also had another member of their team try it from their computer, also no luck. We do have the latest version of SL installed (including the most recent update).

It seems when I am publishing, SL quits before it's done with the export. It only gets about 1/3 of the way through the progress bar.

Anyone else encounter this issue? Any ideas on how to correct it?
