I'm trying to convert a legacy Engage Flash output into Storyline so that I can migrate it to HTML 5.
In Storyline, I go to Import and find the appropriate .intr file. However, I can't open it because it is on OneDrive and has the little blue cloud symbol.
I seem to be logged into OneDrive but the cloud isn't synced with my harddrive. (Note: it is synced on another computer making me think this may be an issue with running two PCs on One Drive?)
Any experience with this? The MS support has so far not been helpful.
I see that you reached out to our Support Engineers for help. Great call! I see that my teammate, Fannie May, suggested upgrading the project to Engage 360 and then importing it into Storyline 360. Were you able to give this a try?
