Issues while playing course on an iPad

Hi,
We have published a course using the HTML5 output without mobile player option. We are using the latest storyline version: Update 5 Build 1401.2415. Following is the list of issues we are facing while viewing the course on an iPad (6 and 7):
- On replay:
- the slide dosen't play
- if it plays, it is with no audio or delayed appearance of the elements
- Markers used in the course are appearing, but not working as desired
- Each slide takes time for loading
- Resourse tab elements and link in the copyright information not working
Are the listed items 'known issues' for iPad? Is there any solution/workaround for these?

Hi Vasim,
There are a few items documented here that will work in the Flash version, but not the HTML5. So for example, the markers will work, but will not include the pulse/swirl.
Also in regards to how the slide replays, what do you have set for the slide's revisiting properties? You'll also want to check that you're viewing the course in mobile Safari.
The resource tab and urls should be working, so we'd want to take a look at them to do some additional testing
