I launch the course from the LMS - on the final page I have a mark complete button.
On the PC when I hit that- it closes the window and brings me back to the original tab which then refreshes back to the LMS.
On the Ipad - it closes the current tab that I am in and brings me back to the launch tab. At that point, it just sits there. It never gets back to the LMS. If I go back to the LMS manually - the course is marked complete.
That is correct. The issue is that normally when you close the course - it will go back to the launch tab, it will then refresh to the LMS and display your status.
In this case, the course closes, it goes back to the launch tab - then just sits there and does nothing.

I believe that's standard iPad browser behavior. I've seen something similar with mobile Safari in a Saba LMS.
