Issues with Dropbox files

Hi everyone,
I know this topic has been discussed quite a bit, as I have searched for every pertinent thread and tried all the suggestions. I can't get a link to work from Dropbox for my Storyline files! I have activated my Public folder from my Pro account, uploaded the entire output file, and tried sharing the public link to the story.html file, and it just gives me a blank screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated- I have attached a screenshot of my public folder, and would be happy to send a link if that would be helpful. Thanks so much- I am greatly enjoying learning from this community!

Thanks for sharing the screen image here. Could you show us what the link looks like? That's where I often see the issue arise as it seems that sometimes it gets copied incorrectly.

If you right click on the story.html file in your Dropbox folder there should be an option that says 'Copy Public Link' or 'Share Public Link'. For details, see this dropbox article.

It appears to be working now! I'm not sure why it wasn't yesterday...but if anyone would like to check out the link and see if it works for them, I'd be very appreciative.
