Issues with 'Lack of memory"

Hi,

I'm a new user to storyline and my entire team is having issues with the software.  It keeps telling us we don't have enough memory to save files, but we are all on brand new laptops and have no other programs open.  We lose chunks of work every time even if we have been saving frequently.  I've seen the same issue in a few older threads, but nothing I have seen in there seems to fix it.  Any ideas?    

* Edit.  I did file a ticket too.
