Issues with Text Entry Boxes and Moodle App?

Hi there!
I am hoping that someone can help! We have created some really cool courses using some text entry boxes and a lot of variables - basically an interactive business plan. So the learner types answers to different questions and then at the end of the module their "business plan" is created for them that they can print. The problem is - when we load this into our LMS app - the learner can't type into the text entry boxes. You can click on the box and the keyboard comes up, but the course won't "hold" any text. The course works fine outside of the app. Our app development company uses Moodle and said that the issue is with Moodle and basically we'll have to develop these modules in a different tool. I am just reaching out to see if anyone has ever encountered anything like this and if you all have any advice! Thanks in advance!

My client is having the same issues with the Storyline course that I produced. I look forward to the advice from Articulate staff on how to overcome this problem.

Have you tested the Storyline course outside the Moodle app to see if everything runs smoothly? While we can't offer support for content inside of a third-party app, we do want to ensure your course works correctly in these supported environments.

Did you ever solve this issue? I am having the same challenge. I can't input text in the entry field on moodle mobile app, works fine on the browser though.
