Anyone else have a problem where items that have been taken off the menu won't play when the course is published? I have some slides that I don't want people to be able to click to directly, but I do want them to play. They'll play when the course is previewed, and they'll show up published in a word doc, but not when published to the web.

I haven't experienced this behavior or seen it before, but I'd suggest checking the following things:
If you're still experiencing some odd behavior after checking those, can you share the .story file with us here or send along privately here?
