I have recently recorded multiple audio files directly in Storyline and most seem to be fine. However, I have one file that seems to be fine when I am in and editing the content of the slide but when I go to preview this slide the audio is jumbled and seems to skip. Has anyone else run into this?
I am a fairly new user but this is my 6th e-learning session that I have created, and the 1st time I ran into the problem.
Any suggestions would be most welcome- I would prefer not to have to re-record as the person who did the recording is quite a distance away.
Have you tried opening up a fresh SL file and inserting the audio and see what happens?
Do you hear a "popping" sound? If so, you might be coming in too hot, meaning your mic input level may be too high which may cause the audio to distort.
