I downloaded Nicole's awesome Powerpoint - Process template and altered it. (The How t handle complaints was perfect to add as a suplement to case management).
However, no matter what I tried (changing fonts in PPT. editing Master slide, etc) the first oint is jumbled and blurred once loaded into Storyline 2. Also the header is cut off.
I've been using Story line for 9 months, so not sure how to fix this.
I have attached the Storyline and hoping for suggestions.
Hi Mary, thanks for coming back to attach your file! I'm seeing two things happening here:
The font used in this file (Sansita One) is likely not installed on your computer, so it changed to Arial. That's why your version doesn't look exactly the same as Nicole's.
The title "How to Handle a Customer Complaint" is sitting on top of Step 1 in the Slide Master.

That worked! I did not realize there was a 2nd text box on the header. I changed the font from Sansista to Arial originally.
Can't wait to get this out!
