Jump to file print trigger

I've set a "jump to file" print trigger on the "Print Paperwork" text box. When I preview it, I can click on it, but since it is in preview mode, it doesn't work. So, I've published it and it won't jump to the file so that I can print.

Anythoughts as to what I'm doing wrong? I appreciate any and all help!

Hi Nathan,

After publishing, have you been able to upload the course to where it will ultimately be hosted? It sounds like you might be running into local security restrictions.
