I have design custom buttons to play, pause and replay a slide. I am having a issue with the replay button. I have the trigger set up at: Jump to slide when use clicks replay. I have the slide set to initial state. The animation will replay when I hit the replay button but the audio does not. I am using 360.
Has anyone encounter this issue before, if so how did you fix it?
Also, I have use this functionality in Storyline 2 and it works perfectly. Thank you!
The only thing I can think of is adding a trigger to "play media when timeline starts". Have you tried that yet? Usually audio will restart automatically but maybe this will force it to play that audio.

The only time I've seen the audio not play is when the slide was set to Resume Saved State.

I was able to get this to work when I added a trigger: "Stop media [audio 1] when user clicks Replay".
Make sure this appears before the trigger that jumps to this slide when clicking replay and it should work as requested.
