I have a hyperlink to another course on our LMS that contains percent signs. When I publish, the links lose the percent signs and then don't work. I've tried using a decoder to update the url, but this doesn't work either for our LMS. Any way to force Storyline to publish the URLs correctly?
I typically see the percent sign added into file name or URLs when there is a space in the name, but I don't think I've seen it stripped out? Are you looking in the Storyline published files to see that it's removed or just how it behaves when you're accessing it in the browser seeing the % sign no longer there? Have you looked at testing it in SCORM Cloud to help determine if it's LMS specific as well, as it's an industry standard for SCORM testing.
If it still behaves oddly there, can you share an example link that has the % sign in it so that I can test in my Storyline files as well?
