Myself Pratik Athane, I am localizing the course EN to Kannada , but I am facing problem that the Kannada text is not displaying properly in player template/Menu bar, even though we have applied "Tunga" font which is by default system font. We have also applied "Arial Unicode Ms and Arial" but the text is not displaying properly.
Can you please suggest if you have any other option or font so that the text is displayed properly in Menu/Player template.
Story line version is 11, please see the screenshot for reference, please let me know any solution as early as possible.
We typically recommend unicode fonts for any non-English text that isn't publishing or appearing correctly, but it sounds like you've already tried that with no success. I have seen a similar issue with text not displaying correctly in the Player Menu with another non-English language, so I would want our Support Engineers to take a look at your file to determine if what you're seeing is related to that issue. Would you mind sending your original .story project file to the team using this form? And if you do decide to open a case, please be sure to let me know the case number so I can follow along.
