Keyboard navigation issues

Hello All,

I am building an accessible module where keyboard navigation is very important. I have read a lot about this before starting and it works perfectly for me. The problem is that I have sent it to my client and it doesn't work on his computer at all.

Is there any particular browser to be used or any other requirements?

I work with SL 360 and + modern player ( so only HTML).

Any ideas? Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Ksenia,

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with your project.

Do you have audio or video on your first slide? We are looking into an issue where this particular set-up is causing an issue for those using keyboard navigation. If you can start the course with a slide that does not have audio, the tabbing should work as expected.

If you are running into something else, then with your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
