Knowledge Center and Storyline

I created a course in Storyline and published it to my LMS which is Knowledge Center. When I go into Knowledge Center the course won't play. I get a blank screen. The course plays on SCORM Cloud. When I contacted my Knowledge Center support I was told there were error messages for the files such as js and swf. The error is BLOCKED FILE ALERT. I have attached an example of the error message. I have loaded other classes in the past with the same file types to my lms without any problems. Can someone tell me where the problem lies?

Hello Sandra!

We always recommend to test this in the SCORM Cloud, and you said it does play as expected there.

You may want to look into the information here about troubleshooting your LMS, and maybe reaching out to their IT team. If other members here are familiar with this LMS, I am sure they will jump in with suggestions.
