Knowledge check multiple answer issue

I created a knowledge check question (free form) in Storyline 360 with multiple answers. When in developer view, everything looks fine. However, when previewing, Storyline allows me to choose only one selection switch. It's not even one of the correct answers. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

It's virtually impossible to troubleshoot based on the images. Best guess: there's something impacting the buttons' states.

I suggest you upload a .story file with a copy of the slide. That'll make it easier for someone to troubleshoot.

Here are the best practices for uploading a .story file:

  • Only include slides that are involved in the problem.
  • Be sure all objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
  • If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with ipsum lorem text.
