I need the same Storyboard project accessible on my desktop and laptop, do I need to purchase Storyboard twice to have it on both computers? And then store the project on a shared drive?
Jeff is correct. You should be fine with two installations, just use the same product key. Although, I wanted to add that storing your files on a shared drive is fine, just make sure you work with the files locally if you need to update them.

If I am not mistaken you can activate your copy 2 times. So once on your laptop and once on your desktop shouldn't be an issue.
