I have created three preojects all from the same template. However one of them has larger grey areas around the slide image which is ussposed to be my background fill. I have checked the story size and all are the same. all other settings seem to be the same too.
Could you share your problematic .story project file and the the source .storytemplate file as well, so that we can take a closer look at what's going on? You can share them privately here if that's easier for you. Thanks!
and thank you so much for replying to my query. After some exploring I have found the controls to resolve this: Player > colour and effects > advanced colour editing > Edit items: Base, etc
