Latest Version lost due to going to the free version

Hi has anyone experienced this issue? I was a paid member of storyline 360, but due to licencing issues at work. I now have a free account for a few days. For some reason I cannot see my latest version of the course. Is it due to the free version?

Hi Anju,

The .story files are saved on your individual computer and are not connected to your subscription - but anything published to Review, created in Rise, are connected to your Articulate ID and subscription.

What types of licensing issues were you running into? Are you still on the same computer? You should be able to open the .story file and open those in a trial of Storyline 360 or Storyline 3 if the files didn't use items like the Modern player.
