Hello. I am running into a issue where a "Launch" window opens up when a course is started in our SuccessFactors LMS. This only happens when I publish courses that contain one or more web objects that link to PDF documents on our internal SharePoint content server. It does not interfere with the published training module, but it confuses learners. If I complete the course, I still get completion credit in the LMS, but if I click the Launch button pop up window, I sometime get errors message and sometimes the course simply relaunches.
Any idea what is causing this and what I can do to prevent it?

That fixed it. Thanks, Michael (and Leslie). The 360 player settings have slightly different (and more) options to choose than Storyline 2, and I was not paying attention when I published the courses. Thanks again for your help! - Chuck

Have you checked the settings for your course in your LMS to make sure that it's not set to launch in a new window?
