I extracted a project in CD version. I usually launch it via the launchstory.exe in the folder. It works on my computer. But it doesn't work on my other computer. It works but has no voiceover or strange behavior. I noticed that I have a strange Red Cross on the icon of the launch.exe. Anyone knows how to fix this ?
Do you have Internet Explorer installed on the computer where the output isn't working correctly? You'll need Internet Explorer 11 installed to view the published output.
Also, how did you share the output folder from one computer to another? We recommend that you zip your published output before transferring it to another computer. Then, extract the zip file on the second computer, and double-click the Launch_Story.exe file to launch the course.
