No text displayed for SOME users

A bit of a strange bug, we've had a number of users report that their course will open properly with all buttons and pictures, but all captions/text are missing.

It works when they switch to the Chrome browser (we unfortunately use IE), or when they move to another computer, though it would be nice to get to the bottom of the real issue.

Anyone experience this before? It's strange that it works in one IE browser but not another, especially since we're on citrix terminals all running the same programs and updates. *shrug*
